Our new Wellbeing Movement class with Faye Rettie will combine gentle dance and mindful movement to support balance, mobility and overall wellbeing.
If you’re living with a long term health condition such as MS, Parkinson’s or Osteoporosis, find it difficult to get up and down from the floor, or feel that many exercise classes simply aren’t designed with you in mind, this class has been created especially for you.
The class is fully adaptable, suitable for all abilities, and can be enjoyed seated or standing.
Starting Tuesday 2nd May £60 for 6 weeks!
